Com (Hons), University of Jodhpur Mr. Rajeev Bhansali developed his first enterprise in 1983 of International Financial Consultants (IFC Inc.).  After having operated in the USA for 20 years, he moved to India and executed a number of business assignments, including the below: • Fela Plannungs AG, Switzerland: negotiated a marketing and technical collaboration with ITIL to set up a Rs. 1.5 billion plant to manufacture Printed Circuit Board in India. • Kuwait Investment Projects Company (KIPCO), Kuwait: a USD 2 billion investment company. Represented ITIL for joint  acquisition of Indal Electronics Limited. Structured a Rs. 50 crore fully leveraged cash deal for the potential acquisition. • Technology Investment Center (TIC), Kuwait: Representing them for identifying and developing projects in India. • Vector Technologies, Chicago, USA: Information Technology and Digital Consulting. Completed consulting assignment with them for developing software and investment in web based software solutions in India. • Vienna Beauty Products Inc, Dayton, Ohio, USA: Project to set up marketing network. • Construction Technology Labs, Inc. Skokie, Ill. USA: Identified and negotiated contract and technological review of a cement plant. • Ferro Alloys, Cleveland, Ohio, USA: represented S. K. Mansighka Group, Director/majority owner, Bank of Rajasthan, Jaipur for technical collaboration to set up plant in India • Pizza Magia International, Kentucky, USA: Project review and analysis to set up Pizza franchises in India.
